Our Business Strategy describes our current priorities and sets out four strategic objectives that underpin our work:

1. To deliver good-quality services for our residents that meet their needs.
2. To invest in and maintain, safe, energy-efficient homes.
3. To develop homes in rural areas to support the sustainability of rural communities.
4. To run a professional, efficient organisation and be an excellent employer.
