You can still report non-urgent repairs via MyHastoe during these times and these will be actioned in the New Year.
Thurs 2 January – normal service resumes.
What counts as an emergency repair?
Repairs are considered an ‘emergency’ where there is either a risk to someone’s life or a risk of serious injury if not repaired immediately, including repairs that cannot wait until the next morning. These include:
- blocked or leaking main drain or soil pipe
- loss of gas supply
- total loss of water supply
- dangerous structures including wall or ceiling collapse
- insecure external doors and ground-floor windows.

In the meantime, you can still carry out a wide range of activities online using your MyHastoe online account. In a couple of clicks you can pay your rent and report a repair, plus lots more.
