If you’re a Hastoe tenant living in Norfolk you’re invited to meet me, our CEO Andrew Potter and some of the Hastoe Board over lunch in King’s Lynn on Saturday 30th October.
Whether you have an issue linked to your Hastoe home you’d like to discuss - or you’re interested in shaping our services in other ways - this informal event is a great opportunity to make your voice heard.
At a similar session in Chichester recently, one tenant said she’d enjoyed meeting other tenants and hearing things from their perspective. She explained: “I really feel like I’ve been listened to and that’s the main thing for me. It’s been very informal which has put people at ease”.
Board member Andrew Wiseman added: “It’s really important for us to do hear from residents, to understand what we need to work on and what we’re doing well. It’s a key part of Hastoe listening to our residents”
If you decide to join us, you’ll be there with other local Hastoe tenants in a function room at the Dragonfly Hotel for a light lunch and plenty of time to chat with me and other members of the senior team. We will also reimburse agreed travel expenses between your home and King’s Lynn.
