Saxlingham Nethergate, Norfolk: consultation on proposed affordable housing

Hastoe Housing Association has been working with the Parish Council and South Norfolk Council since 2018 following a Local Housing Needs Survey being carried out and is proposing to build a small development of up to 6 affordable homes.

  • 1 x two-bedroom bungalow
  • 5 x two-bedroom houses

The properties will only be available for local people or people with strong local connections. Priority for these dwellings will be given to applicants from Saxlingham Nethergate. A Local Lettings Policy will form part of any legal planning obligations agreement as a condition of any planning permission granted.

We will be displaying our current proposals with a view to seeking constructive comments and interest before we submit a planning application.
