By telephone
We are asking all of our residents to report your repairs through your MyHastoe account. If you have an emergency repair (find out what an emergency repair is) or a complex case, you can call us on:

Opening times:
• Monday - 9.30am - 5.00pm
• Tuesday - Friday: 9.00am - 5.00pm
Lines are closed during weekends, evenings and Bank Holidays. You will need to call the out of hours number on 0300 123 2250 for repair emergencies during this time.
Please have as much information as possible ready before you call. You will be asked to describe the problem and let us know when it will be convenient for the contractor to visit to inspect or carry out the repair. We will also need to know how we can contact you during the day.
Out-of-hour emergencies
Please only ring the emergency out-of-hours number if it is absolutely necessary. For example, if there is a risk of loss of life, serious injury or damage to the property and the repair cannot wait until the office re-opens.
Examples of emergencies include:
- A total loss of heating where no alternative exists (from 1 October to 30 April)
- Leaks which cause internal damage and cannot be contained
- Total electrical or circuit failure
- Blocked drain.

Repairs appointments
We offer appointments for most types of work between Monday to Friday.
Morning appointments are between 9am and 1pm
Afternoon appointments are between 1pm and 5pm
Please note, we are unable to accommodate appointments around the school run.
