It’s quick and easy to sign up for your MyHastoe online account. All you need is your email address, date of birth and customer reference number. Please note this information must match the information on our system.
- Payments: make a payment, view your rent account and set up a direct debit
- Repairs: report a repair and track the status of your repair
- Manage your tenancy: update your details, apply to keep a pet and report antisocial behaviour
- Make a complaint/compliment
- Ask for someone to contact you
If you can't find your customer reference number, or if your information needs updating, please call us on 0300 123 2250. We will need you to answer two security questions before we are able to provide you with this information.
