Talk directly to Board Members and our Executive Team

We create a number of opportunities throughout the year for residents to talk directly with our senior management.

Face to face meetings

Twice a year, members of our Board and our Executive Team travel to different parts of the country to meet face to face with residents. These are informal events, held out of office hours, where residents are invited to come and talk to us about anything that’s on their mind. The venue is always fully accessible, and we provide light refreshments.

We send out invitations in advance to residents who live in the region we are visiting, but if you are interested to know more please email communications@hastoe.com.

Meetings for 2024:

  • Saturday 18 May (12.00-2.00pm): Fairspace MK, Margaret Powell House, Midsummer House, 417 Midsummer Blvd, Milton Keynes MK9 3BN
  • Wednesday 4 September (5.00-7.30pm): Main Hall, South Lynn Community Centre, 10 St Michael's Road, King's Lynn, Norfolk PE30 5HE
  • Saturday 16 November (12.00-2.00pm): The Thomas Clarkson Centre, Hospital Road, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk IP33 3JT

Phone days

We hold a number of dedicated phone days throughout the year to provide residents with an opportunity to talk directly with members of our Executive Team. We find this is a really useful way of making sure our senior staff are aware of any issues or concerns, and can help identify where we can make improvements in our service.

We invite registrations for phone days on MyHastoe and by text approximately 4 weeks before the day.

Phone days for 2024:

  • Tenants: Three times a year (22 February, 11 June, 22 November)
  • Shared Owners: Once a year (1 July)
  • Leaseholders: Once a year (22 November)

Drop-In Days and Home Visits

Our programme of announced site visits are intended to give tenants and home owners an opportunity to meet Hastoe staff and members of the Board and Executive Team in person either in their home or nearby.

We write to residents in advance of a visit and invite them to discuss any concerns or issues they may have. We make sure our contractors are on site so they can carry out easy-to-fix repairs on the day.

We invite residents to drop in to see us where we have an estate office or can hire a community room. In rural areas where there are only a small number of homes and no obvious meeting point, we organise home visits by appointment.
