Every year, Hastoe reviews its priorities to make sure we are delivering the services that residents want. Resident feedback is vital to this process. Only by listening to our residents can we know what is most important and what we need to change. 

We want to hear from residents of all ages and walks of life.

In return for a £50 voucher to compensate you for your time, we will ask you to:

• take part in an online meeting with other residents one evening during the week
• tell us how you think we performed last year
• let us know what you think about our current priorities
• give us your ideas on how we can make improvements.
