About us

Hastoe owns and manages more than 7,500 homes across the south of England from Devon to Norfolk. We are a social housing landlord and England’s leading rural housing specialist. We deliver small housing developments in partnership with local communities although for historic reasons, we also own some housing in urban areas.

We’re passionate about providing a first-class service for our customers. If you are enthusiastic, customer focused, and passionate about making a difference to people’s lives, then we want to hear from you.

You’ll also be recording and monitoring resident feedback and data to identify areas for improvement, and working closely with Hastoe colleagues to drive their understanding of our responsibilities to our residents.

This is an exciting new opportunity for someone who is passionate about the benefits of meaningful engagement, and who has the drive and creativity to make the role their own.

We have made a number of improvements to the way we do things over the past couple of years and we are starting to see a positive response from our customers.
