Salary: £5,000 plus additional payments for committee membership
We are looking for someone to contribute effectively to governing the organisation, with skills and experience in financial management and reporting. You will be financially qualified, preferably with social housing sector experience.

About the role
As a Board Member you will be responsible for:
- Helping to set our strategic direction.
- Overseeing our financial and operational performance.
- Supporting effective governance and risk management.
- Ensuring regulatory compliance and customer focus.
- Acting as an ambassador and representing Hastoe.
The role is expected to require a time commitment of around 15 days a year, including an overnight stay to attend an away day. Our meetings are held during the day and generally in London. You may also be a required to join the Audit & Risk Committee.
