I just wanted to say what a brilliant service this is and how helpful and supportive the team has been in helping me deal with my Discretionary Housing Payment (DHP). They advised on how to fill out the form and how to chase the assessor of my application. They also rang on numerous occasions themselves to try and facilitate the process. I found Hastoe very approachable, easy to talk to, kind yet professional and knowledgeable.
