£200m 5.6% secured bonds due 2042
Hastoe Capital plc is a special purpose vehicle which has a bond listed on the London Stock Exchange.
- In March 2012, Hastoe Capital plc launched a £100m secured bond issue. The bond has a coupon of 5.6% and will mature in 2042.
- In November 2014, Hastoe Capital plc tapped the 2012 issue for a further £25m of secured bonds.
- In December 2018, Hastoe Capital plc tapped the 2012 issue for a further £75m of retained secured bonds.
- In January 2019, Hastoe Capital plc sold £25m of the retained bonds.
