Special features of interest
This scheme has been a number of years in the planning. Curdridge Parish Council has been a key driver and advocate for the development. The scheme is a rural exception site, delivering much needed social rent and shared ownership homes, prioritised for local people.
All homes are being built to Hastoe's New-Build Standard.
