Andrew Potter: Chief Executive
Andrew has worked in social housing for 30 years with his career starting as a housing trainee at Waveney District Council. After spending his early years working in Suffolk, Hampshire and Dorset, he moved to London where he worked for local authorities, Tenant Management Organisations, Arms Length Management Organisations and housing associations. Andrew has held a number of non-executive roles and was chair of a small housing association. Prior to joining Hastoe, Andrew was the Chief Executive of Lewisham Home for 11 years.

Anne McLoughlin BA (Hons) MIOD MCIH
Operations Director
Joined Hastoe in 2005. Her early career was in housing rights and benefits advice at Nucleus Legal Advice Centre and then running Oxford Citizens' Advice Bureau, before working as an area manager for Stonham Housing Association, a national provider of supported housing. Before coming to Hastoe, Anne spent four years in adult social care commissioning, leading the modernisation of housing people with disabilities in Buckinghamshire. Anne is the Executive Team's Diversity Champion.

Will Roberts BSc ACA
Finance Director and Legal Company Secretary

Joined Hastoe in 2007 and was Head of Finance for three years before taking the position of Finance Director in 2010. Will has extensive experience in the Housing and Private Sector. He has held senior management positions at First Wessex Housing Group and Moat Housing Group. Prior to that he worked for a private property investment company, based in London, for five years. He has a degree in mathematics and economics from London University and qualified as a chartered accountant with the accountancy firm Deloitte.
 
Don Barclay BSc MBA
Business Development Director

Don joined Hastoe in February 2017 and has over ten years' experience in housing. Before joining Hastoe, Don was Director of Development at Santuary Housing Association where he also held a number of finance roles including Finance Director of Property and Development. Don managed the group's capital investment initiatives across new build programmes and is responsible for the formulation and implementation of the development strategies, covering affordable and open market housing. He has an MBA from Aberystwyth University and a degree in Mathematics from Southampton.
