Seven of the nine homes in the development are for affordable rent,
whilst two are shared ownership. The affordable rent homes are made up of 3 x 3
bed houses and 4 x 2 bed houses. The shared ownership properties are made up of
1 x 2 bed and 1 x 3 bed houses.
Karen Hillhouse, Regional Head of Development for the south at Hastoe,
said: “We’re
delighted to see the completion of this new housing scheme in the beautiful
village of Isfield. We have been working in
partnership with the developer, Millwood Designer Homes Ltd. and the local
authority to get this project completed. It’s great to see the homes built to
such a high quality and standard.
“At Hastoe, we
take great pride in helping communities retain their identity by building
affordable homes intended for local people. These homes mean that local people
won’t need to move away from the area that they were born in, grew up in or
work in, and they will be held for the local community in perpetuity.”
