Direct debit now available on resident portal

Residents can now set up a direct debit to pay their rent by logging into the Hastoe portal, meaning that they no longer have to call us or fill in a form.
The portal is a ‘self-serve’ facility, allowing residents to view their rent balance and statements as well as change their personal details. The portal is being continually developed and will include lots more functions in the future. Stay up to date with portal news in @home, on Facebook or on the Hastoe website.
