Our Resident Involvement Strategy explains how to get involved and the Impact Assessment shows how important the input of residents is to us as we strive to improve the service we provide.  These range from formal committees and resident associations to more informal methods, such as local residents having input into decisions about paint colour choices and how to manage parking issues. The Impact Assessment will help us to build on existing methods for involvement, and find better ways of involving Hastoe residents.
