I spoke with a customer services advisor today and would like to thank her for spending so much time with me to go through the issues mentioned within my letter. She was very professional and polite! That is always a bonus for an organisation of your size!
I have nothing at all to suggest that can improve the excellent service that Hastoe have provided as my landlord. They have only ever helped me and volunteered their services where necessary. They are great at covering anything that has the potential to cause concern, e.g. gas servicing, fire alarm checks, mould advice and management.
When I have reported concerns, the engineer will come out ASAP and do checks. All contractors and staff are thorough, polite, patient and professional in person or via email/phone.
The Benefit and Welfare advisors are an absolute credit to Hastoe. They deserve a medal for all that they do. I started to get in arrears with my rent and they got me through everything. Not just help with the rent to get me back on track, but they totally backed me all the way. They helped me by caring, understanding, showing compassion, and making me laugh at times even when I was so very down. I can't begin to thank them enough.
